ATTENTION ALL FINE ARTS NATIONAL PARTICIPANTS PARENTS!!!
National Fine Arts Festival 08’
Cost
- Event registration is $75 ( if postmarked by the 11th) for early, $95 for regular **this price does not include any competition categories and is the same for all attendees**
- Each category the student wishes to participate in is $20
- Trip cost will be approximately $200 ( price includes accommodations and transportation only, students will be responsible for paying for their own food. We will eat breakfast each morning at the hotel and two meals over $10. Trip cost and General event registration is the same for participants and non-participants alike.)
- At least $15 for group event one afternoon.
Where?:

- We will be staying at the Econo Lodge Coliseum Area located two miles from the Convention Center.
Who’s going?
- Any and all students who received a superior with invitation rating at the district festival are encouraged to accompany us. Also, any parents who would like to travel with us are welcome to, so long as their student stays with the group.
- Adult sponsors for our trip include: Jimmy and Kristin Arcisz, John and Melanie Jones, Rachel Osborne, Amanda Hardt, Justin Lascoe, and Derek Coulter.
What do I do?
1. Send completed registration form with registration fees to Assemblies of God National Youth Ministries 1445 N. Boonville Ave. | Springfield, MO 65802 ATTN: Charlotte ’08 ( Make checks payable to National Youth Ministries) on or before 4-11-08.
2. Turn completed permission slip and $50 dollar deposit in to Pastor Jimmy or Kristin on or before 4-20-08 ( a permission slip may be obtained by clicking here, an Emergency contact information sheet may be obtained by clicking here, and printing the form or picking one up at the welcome center at Trinity Chapel.)
3. Download trip itinerary and room assignments from www.trinitychapelag.org after May 1st .
4. Make second payment on trip cost to Trinity Chapel on or before June 30th
5. Turn remaining trip cost in to Trinity Chapel on or before July 30th.
Purpose
In this world that is becoming increasingly secular, Fine Arts is becoming increasingly important. Through Fine Arts we teach our young people to hone the artistic gifts God has given them and use them for His glory. But Fine Arts isn’t just about the dramas, human videos, vocal solos, etc. It’s about comradery, unity and being transformed by God’s Holy Spirit. I often tell people that going to the National Fine Arts Festival is like camp times ten. That’s because at the National Fine Arts Festival, our students aren’t just performing, they’re bonding at the evening and early morning bible studies, and being changed every night in the services; where thousands of Christian students gather together to soak up worship and preaching from literally world renown bands and speakers.
